1. Goto "MyComputer"
2. Find "My Network Places"
3. Find "View Network Connections"
4. Click "create new connection"
Note: if dialing rules come up, just enter your area code and then exit.

5. Use Connection Wizard, click next
· choose connect to internet, next
· choose setup manually, next
· choose connect using dialup modem, next
· Type ISP name "SolvNet" , next
· type access phone number, next
· type in user name and password, keep all the marked settings, next
· place check mark on "add shortcut" , finish
